Dream Team Builders is a creative team activity where colleagues come together to design a shared vision board. Using pictures, words, and symbols, the team expresses common goals, values, and dreams for the future. How?
Participants are provided with materials such as magazines, markers, and boards. They discuss their shared objectives, select images or words that represent them, and assemble them into a vision board. The final presentation allows each team to share their board and the meaning behind it.
