Getting out of mundane office environment
We realised the best way to get the team out of the monotony of an office was to get some Vitamin Sea! At a beautiful beach side of Ras Al Khaimah, we gave participants some cardboards, cutters ,lot of tapes and asked them to “Build a Boat”. Now the biggest question was how would the teams test if the boats were a success. That’s when they decided to elect their champions to ride the boat, put on some life jackets, grab the pedals and hit the waves for a boat race! The participants had a fun morning doing something absolutely different and embracing the outdoors like pros!

Leaders wanted to propogate the idea of Multifluency
We got a very de-brief oriented request for a Talent Meet of senior leaders of Amazon. They wanted to propogate the concept of Multifluency and Fungibility to their directors in an experiential manner. While there could be different ways to conduct this workshop we decided to take on a fun spin to the entire experience and decided to go with building a miniature city. The teams initally worked on some specific parts of the city but eventually they were asked to shift their work station where they had to pick up on the other teams half done work. The team thrived through the change and challenges thrown towards them and came up with futuristic ideas and concepts.

Client Request:
Make our yearly offsite innovative
Our Approach:
This team at Lego had experienced various team building activities in the past. So this time they wanted to do something different. We introduced one of it’s kind concept of “Wheels of Glory” where participants had to create a “Chariot” using carboards and other resources provided. Our warriors got into this tasks and created glorious chariots which were beautifully customised. To test the funtionality of these chariots we did a race and winners emerged victorious! Post lunch the team took the best opportunity of the amazing weather and explored the hotel property in a gamified way through the Ultimate Treasure Hunt.
A fun indoor activity after the global meet of leaders
The client was very short on time to plan a team building experience for their team. But we decided to take this on our hands and proposed “Wheels of Glory” as an activity. The group engineered amazing chariots in a short time. Not only did they make chariots out of basic raw materials, they decorated them as well as the gladiotor elected from their team who rode these chariots for a high energy race. The team has the time of their life engaging in fun mini challenges and got towards the goals irrespective the difficulties the activity posed.
An away day for remote teams working in different regions

They decided to go with the Dubai City Race to ensure they had some outdoor team building experience and also a different version of their regular scavenger hunt based team building activity. They explored this part of the city while doing fun challenges in the Gold Souk and Deira areas. They made fun documentaries and spice art and let their most innovative selves out. The day ended with an Arabic feast and a fun video highlight of their entire journey.

Participants were divided into random teams and sent into break out rooms and they started the Escape Room Challenge. They solved the tricky and interesting puzzles as a team to score maximum points. The entire experience was for 45 minutes where they were able to catch a quick break and returned back to their busy schedules with a fresh yet problem solving mindset!

We felicitated the winning teams with gift hampers. Post an energetic activity the team enjoyed healthy snack boxes – picnic style!
Organize a family day for our team!

We set-up various kids engagement stations with games and activities fitting for toddlers to teens. We also stationed a caricature artist to capture beautiful memories. We set-up some game stations for the teens and adults. They attempted the challenges and activities having fun as families. This activity gave the teams a chance to know their peers better and meet each others families.
A sustainable theme to our yearly meet
Our client said – The theme of this years meet is sustainability. To be which we just said, that’s easy. We organised a treasure hunt in one of the most difficult locations where particpants did tonnes of challenges and explored the hotel property and it;s unique areas. Then the team utilised their points for their next activity “Earth Bowl” where they created customised terraium bowls which they later realised were their take-aways. The participants exchanged their terrariums with their team members and went home with their first steps towards a sustainable way of living.
Involve the haircare teams in a brand-centric activity.
Teams immersed themselves in a customized experience, crafting their own unique shampoos and delivering presentations. They showcased the essence of their chosen flavors, highlighted the team’s achievements, and unveiled the brand they built around their creation. The second half of the day was dedicated to creating TikTok videos, promoting their shampoos on social media to garner a real audience and vie for the highest following. These engaging activities nurtured teams’ affinity for their products, deepened their understanding of branding, and reinforced the fundamental aspects of effective teamwork.
Facilitate a dynamic outdoor team-building activity that promotes both competition and collaboration.
Teams were tasked with constructing functional cardboard boats using provided resources. With limited time, they strategized and allocated resources effectively. Collaboratively, they designed and fine-tuned their boats to ensure optimal performance for the final race. As the boats hit the water, teams tested their creations and demonstrated remarkable teamwork. This exhilarating activity concluded their two-day offsite on a high-energy note, leaving a lasting impression of camaraderie and achievement.
Integrate organisational values like Respect, Accountability, Transparency, etc. while actively involving the Emirati teams throughout the day.
Instead of traditional lectures on values, we opted for a gamified approach to instill these values within the teams. Recognizing the Emirati teams’ initial reserve, our Facilitator invested time in building rapport, fostering a sense of comfort, and curating a blend of suitable activities. The teams enthusiastically participated in a captivating “Values Hunt,” a customized twist on the classic Treasure/Scavenger Hunt. Additionally, they showcased their creativity by crafting short movies highlighting assigned values. The day culminated in a united team photo, solidifying their bond as one cohesive unit.
